Geneva Market Trends for February 2015
Geneva home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 81.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 1.6% from $289,508 to $285,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 91.7%, while the median sale price rose by 8.5% from $313,500 to $340,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 50%, while the median sale price rose by 40.9% from $175,500 to $247,250.
