In the 7 years that I have been involved with the land industry in SWFL, I have purchased and sold over 4,000 pieces of land. I truly view land as a stock market, there is so much opportunity for incredible return on investment and not much to worry about other than paying the taxes! There is no need to carry insurance, hire a property manager, deal with renters, or dealing with the general maintenance that burdens so many involved in residential real estate.
The beauty of the land industry is that you can buy and sell the same piece of land in less than 48 hours... good luck trying to do that with a house!
