Vintage Hills is a subdivision located in Pleasanton California just south of Vineyard Avenue and East of Bernal Avenue. Originally built by H.C. Elliott in the 1970s, these homes range in size from 1400 ft.² to over 2300 ft.² on lots of up to 10,000 ft.². These single family homes include both one and two-story floor plans with three or four bedroom layouts including a living room, dining room and family room as well as a two-car garage for each. Some of the homes do have an extended 1/3 acre lot but this is rare.
Vintage Hills is located in the Pleasanton school district and residents utilize the vintage Hill elementary school, the Pleasanton middle school and the Commodore Valley high school. All of these receive excellent scores from parents, teachers and students alike for academic and educational programs. The vintage chilled elementary school is located right within the neighborhood along Concorde Street adjacent to the Kottinger Community Park.
The Kottinger Community Park stretches from the Kottinger Village Park along Vineyard Avenue to Bernal Ave making it an excellent park for jogging, biking and walking. There's also the Vintage Hills Park which is located on the east side of the neighborhood featuring a small playground, swings, pathways and open green space. The Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreational area just north of Vineyard Avenue, less than 2 to 3 minutes from most of these homes offers waterfront activities, playground facilities and the beach.
The New Leaf Community Market is also within this neighborhood along Bernal Ave and downtown Pleasanton is just 5 minutes from Vintage Hills.
Most of the homes in Vintage Hills have larger lots and backyard swimming pools. There is currently no homeowners association within this community nor neighborhood amenities others in the park. Home prices are between $850,000 and $1.2 million depending on size, lot size, condition and amenities.
