Art in the Park Festival in Brooksville Florida

 

What:     31st Art in the Park Festival

When:    Saturday, March 14 - Sunday, March 15, 2015

Times:   Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm, Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm

Where:   Tom Varn Park, 306 Darby Lane, Brooksville 34601

Admission:  FREE,  parking $5.00

 

This weekend, the 31st "Art in the Park" Art, Craft, and Music Festival will take place with over 100 artists participating and hoping for a prize in this annual juried fine art and craft show.  

Entertainment and food vendors will be available.  The festival also includes a student art show and a kid's zone. 

Come out to Tom Varn Park and enjoy a nice day among the shade trees and beautiful art!

Silvia, do residents like the Spring and Fall best because it is the most pleasant weather???   Not too hot or not too cool?  What are your favorite seasons living in Florida?  I guess Fall might be a dumb guess with Hurricane season.

Bruce Walter  we definitely don't have too many daytime outdoor events in July or August!  Yes, Spring and Fall are much better weather wise and we also have a lot more people here... Snowbirds from "up North" who are spending the winter here.  Hurricane season starts May 1 and ends November 30, it's just like snowstorms in a way... If the weather is expected to get too bad, an event may be postponed.
