One of the main strategies for online marketing is to develop leads. To do this you have to direct the traffic to your website and here’s how one does this.
Create a weekly, if not bi-weekly blog with at least 1 image, if not more. Preferably you include more than 1 image because it is nice to share different images to the different platforms when possible. You’ll want to share the blog to the following platforms –
Redistribute this blog with a Sniply link pointing back to your website. In the creation of the Sniply link you’ll want to direct traffic to another area of website that is in relation to the subject of the blog. Have an email subscription option on the blog page or at the page you direct them to.
Example –
“A shopping center is being built in the area of _________________. Residents are thrilled because it is rumored to include a Trader Joe’s and Starbucks and will be located approximately 2 miles from the beautiful neighborhood of Edgewood.”
Sniply “View our information regarding the Edgewood neighborhood.” Then link to your website page that has specific area information regarding schools, businesses, featured homes . . .
Further steps to take –
Reblog (copy and paste blog contents) to LinkedIn’s blogging section and ActiveRain.
Tweet the link to the blog more than once using the Sniply url.
