A Continued State of Renewal
“Most human organizations that fall short of their goals do
so not because of stupidity or faulty doctrines, but because
of internal decay and revivifications. They grow stiff in
the joint. They get in a rut, They go to seed.”
James A. Garfield 1831 – 1881, 20th President
of the United States
As I see it . . . . . . .
A continued state of renewal
We will soon be entering spring . . . . a time of renewal and growing.
Each of our lives need a time to renew . . . . to shake out the old, to prune away what’s needed to be moved to allow new growth.
Your life is in a continued state of renewal . . . . when you become brittle with the old, you won’t leave the room in your life to accept the new and to create the renewal in your life to grow.
Great forests are in a constant state of renewal . . . . The renewal of the forest allows for new life to take root . . . . and give room for the mature trees to grow strong.
Without renewal a great forest will wittier . . . . and start to decay from within.
You need to be in a continued state of renewal to grow as a person . . . . and to reach your full potential.
