Champlin is snugly located near the Mississippi River between Anoka, Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park. The city of Champlin is within Hennepin County and has over 23,000 people. The Champlin location makes it easy for commuting with major highways 169 running North and South and Highway 610 running East and West. Champlin is a typical mid-west area with all four seasons to enjoy. The city of Champlin offers plenty to do for every age range, gymnastics, ice rinks, library, LifeTime Fitness, Target, fast food, sit down restaurant, Splash pad at Andrew's Park, the Skate Park, and lots of walking or biking trails.

What's the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the HighPointe at Elm Creek Neighborhood has some really gorgeous homes. The HighPointe Homes at Elm Creek are generally going to range between 2,200 and 3,900 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built in the late 1980's to homes built within the last 10 years. Many of the single-family homes are only one-story, or two-story homes, with a few modified two-story homes. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a five or six bedroom layout with some ramblers with a main floor master bedroom. 

The HighPointe neighborhood at Elm Creek would be considered a neighborhood of high-end homes, that are association maintained. The association fee is a small annual fee. Most of the HighPointe homes have roughly 1/4 to over a 1/2-acre lot. The convenient Elm Creek Parkway is wonderful for walking, hiking and biking with the HighPointe Park adjacent to the neighborhood. The HighPointe Park has many trails, baseball fields and a great park for enjoying the summer outdoors.

The average pricing for the HighPointe neighborhood at Elm Creek has increased the last couple years. This year we're seeing homes in the mid-$300's and improving. 

What's Going on Nearby HighPointe at Elm Creek, Champlin?

Elm Creek Parkway has access to the HighPointe neighborhood and  169 and Highway 610 for easy commuting. The HighPointe neighborhood is also just a couple miles from the Elm Creek Park Reserve. Elm Creek Park Reserve has something for everyone to enjoy even in all seasons.
