Stated Income Loans - Hope for Ressurection?

I represent a lot of self-employed folks who make a great income, have great credit, and have assets, but finding them a loan with a decent interest rate has proven difficult. Most of the homes that appeal to my clients are also outside of the new FHA limits, which didn't increase much for Ulster County.

These floating deals are driving me crazy and would love to have any opinions, insight, and or musings on the topic!

Cree - I feel your pain, but I don't have a suggestion or solution. I sure hope one of the mortgage guys will have an opinion. Thanks again for your help recently.
