Hubbard Woods School in Winnetka is located at 1110 Chatfield Road, just south of Tower Road. Children that attend this school live north of Pine Street, south of Scott Street and a section of

Homes in the Hubbard Woods School district have sold in the past year for $450,000 to $4,175,000. There is a wide variety of home styles and ages. The majority of upper-end homes are new construction or built in the past 15 years. Most other homes were built from around 1920 to 1980, but a few are from before that time.
Many homes are walking distance to the Hubbard Woods Train station. Hubbard Woods also has a shopping area along Green Bay Road which is one of the three primary retail districts of Winnetka.
