Websites receiving the most traffic from people searching 'realtor'

When people are searching for a realtor online where are they going? Compete analytics has broken down the top sites that people go to when they do a search on the term 'realtor'. We can assume that these people are in market for real estate or looking for a realtor. No surprise who the top site is, however what is a little more interesting are the sites below the top. Some definitions for you:

Keyword Share - The percentage of total click throughs generating from the 'realtor' keyword search going to that specific site.

Site Share - The amount of total site traffic that click throughs on the term 'realtor' accounts for.

Average Monthly Search Referrals - All clicks generated to that site from any search engine in a given month.

Interesting post. I have noticed my website is now getting more traffic from Sunnyvale Realtor instead of Sunnyvale Real Estate. I may have to optimize for new key words if this continues. I was also impressed with how many referrals come from myspace.

Interesting. It is interesting what keywords people use for their search. Anytime you go to Google and look at what keyword searches you are ranked on is an eye opening experience.

I might have to try making a few changes and see if that improves ranking. Never occured to me to use Realtor instead of Real Estate. More than likely I use the words "real estate" enough in my posts that I should change my name tag to Realtor... hmmm

Maybe all the advertising from NAR is working. They have print, TV, radio ads going all over the country to look for a REALTOR when buying or selling a home. GREAT my annual dues are working! I will change on my web page real estate to Realtor. Thanks for the info.
