In Eastern Loudoun county most of the new construction is happening in Ashbur, Leesburg, Aldie, and Chantilly area. We think the North/Eastern region that includes Potomac Falls/Sterling is developed and there is no man land left to put new homes.
Personally, I have been living in the Cascades/Lowes Island Potomac Falls area for past 15+ years and did not think there is any land remaining for new construction in the area. So wrong!

If you are driving up or down Cascades Parkway around the corner from the Fire Station & Horizon Elementary the sign is up now for to be built homes by MI Homes.
MI Homes will be building under community name OverLook at Cascades. They will offer 3 & 4 Bedroom town homes with 2 rear car garages.
The builder is planning to start selling April 2015.
Pricing is anticipate to start in $500K.
Delivery on these homes are anticipated in fall to early winter if everything goes as planned!
