The purpose of this new law is to provide the buyer of an owner-occupied principal residential property an estimate of the property tax bill (plus non-tax charges included on the bill) in the first full fiscal year of ownership. Wow. I am trying to sort throught the stats and I am not sure why your median is dropping so much faster than your average? I never was a stat guy though.
