Here's a great idea that we implemented in our office a few months ago. We were looking for cost effective, high visibility marketing opportunities in which all agents could share the cost and not have to break their piggy banks. Something that could potentially reach thousands of customers.

We searched high and low for something new and different, something that not every Realtor in our area was doing. Let's face it, God only created so many ideas. Finally, with the help of our friends at Gift Assistance USA, we found the marketing gem we were looking for and we bought hundreds of them as a group. Oh! I need to tell you what it is!

Car sunshades! Imprinted with our company logo and customized with each Realtor's phone number and/or domain name. These have been given to customers as gifts, used as prizes and proudly displayed in all Realtors cars. People like them because they help keep their cars cool in the hot Florida sun and on the back there is an ‘Emergency, Please send HELP!" message.

As an added bonus, the "drive-by" marketing in front of our office is greatly increased every time we have an office meeting and these are used in each of the cars parked in front and facing the road!

These are great ideas Louann, thanks for sharing always.  I'm thinking about the coming months here in the frozen north country of Iowa, and what would be an appropriate item for the winter, that would be as visible.
