Indeed this market is great for those who are buying but what do you do if you want to move and currently have a mortgage? It seems like only those who are first time buyers are benefiting from this market. I was talking to a friend today who's interested in "upgrading" but believe the loss of money or difficulty in selling their current home outweighs their desire for something different. Being limited in knowledge of how these things work I was unable to offer any advice so I'm curioius as to how you would handle this situation.
