Good Time to Buy

Spring is springing, birds are chirping and more buyers are looking for homes.  Despite what much of the world says about Real Estate these days, interest rates are low and there is a lot of inventory prime for the picking.  In fact, since buyers have the opportunity to cherry pick I'm seeing multiple offers on homes that are in good condition and priced well.  And Sellers?  Stage those homes, it works and buyers want it all.  Who know's?  This Real Estate season may turnout better than expected and not just for the birds. :)

I love Marketleader as a contact manager.  But the Justlisted service was way too expensive, although I did close two deals from it.

For me it was $400 per month for 10 leads.  I dropped it and went to pay per click advertising.  Once I get the internet lead I use maket leader for the follow up.
