Here are all the Floor plans for the Efficiency Units at Baywatch Resort:
Only the Northern and Southern Towers have Efficiency units; the Middle Tower does not.
The Northern Tower has efficiency units on both ends. The first two digits of a unit number denote the floor level and the last two digits denote the stack type. So, unit number 1001 would be the "01 stack" efficienty unit in the Northern Tower, located on the 10th floor (denoted on the right side of the picture below). Unit 1910 would be the "10 stack" efficiency unit located on the 19th floor at the South End of the Northern Building (denoted on the left side of the picture below). All entrances to the units are at the back of the building, while the front of the building is Oceanfront.
The 01 stack is on the outside of the Northern Tower and has the better views, especially above the 13th floor. The 01 stack is the first unit on the right, as denoted on the above picture and it's presented as "Studio North' on the floor plan picture below.
The 01 stack is located right next to a 2BR Oceanfront, corner unit. Buyers who purchase both an 01 and an 02 unit, can combine them into a 3BR unit, or rent them separately. There is a main door that can be locked when the two units are combined into a 3BR unit. The same goes for the 10 stack on the opposite side of the building, when combined with the 09 stack.
The 10 stack has views of the tower next door. You can only see the Ocean off the balcony. Also noteworthy: the lower units get some noise from the AC units, which are directly below that stack, but only when the sliding glass door to the balcony is open.
The Southern Tower has only one stack of Efficiency units - the 31 stack. This is also looking at the building next door, but these are the larger units - see picture of floorplan below:
