Terra Lago is a gated golf community located in northern Indio California just north of the interstate and consists of 356 acres and hundreds of beautiful single-family homes. THE LODGE
The Lodge, located in the center of the community, is surrounded by beautiful crystal waters, swimming pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, walking facilities, a bistro and a fitness center.
Several homes actually have waterfront property in the center of Terra Lago. To the north is the golf club at Terra Lago.
THE GOLF

Membership is available for annual golf passes for six month or for 12 and includes free green fees, the use of the driving range and practice facilities, a three-day advance tee times, no reservation fees or cart fees and 10% off all non-sale merchandise in the pro shop.

- There are one and two-story floor plans with three, four, and five bedroom layouts
- About 5% of the homes in Terra Lago feature a backyard swimming pool and larger lots.

- HOA dues are roughly $265 per month
- Residents utilize the Dwight Eisenhower elementary, a Desert Ridge Academy middle school and the Shadow Hills high school
