Looking out from the restaurant balcony, words cannot describe the view. Rich in history, the current owners enlarged Dana Hall Cave, a hot spot during Prohibition. The stairway of those years has been replaced by an elevator. In addition to the restaurant, the property has 1,200 feet of river frontage; various cabins dating back to the 1920's; an owners home; a stocked catfish pond; and swimming pool.

I have to say that is the most unique listing I have ever seen.  I didn't even know you could sell a cave but I guess if it is on your land you can.

This is my favorite place to eat. The beauty of all nature...the awesome waterfall. My husband is retired and I will be shortly but as a business person all my life...I still know what it sounds like to hear the cash register ringing up those $$$$$ I tell my husband it is a turn key Ozark Gold Mine If we were younger you wouldn't have it on this Blog for Sale

You're are right - the waterfall is awesome and the property has all the elements of Missouri - green grass, waterfront, rolling land - not to mention a profitable restaurant.

I would like to take my kids to the cave to eat.  Is it still in business?  My family went there and stayed at the cabins years ago and loved it. Could you please write me back? Folksof4@aol.com

i went there after i graduated from bootcamp at FLW.

needless to say it was the best experience scince bootcamp.

i highly recomend this to anybody who is into travel and good eats.
