55+ Communities in St George UT| SunRiver Market Update February 2015
The Sun River St George 55+ community real estate market increased slightly over the year before. Available inventory was down slightly and sales prices increased over last year this time. Sales prices increased 2.18% over last years figures in February, and the number of sales remained about the same. There were only 3 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. There were 59 homes for sale in SunRiver February 2015. Check out the latest statistics below~
There were 10 homes sold in SunRiver during February 2015-
2 homes sold for between $125,000-$200,000
3 homes sold for between $200,000-$250,000
1 home sold for between $250,000-$300,000
1 home sold for between $300,000- $350,000
3 homes sold for between $400,000-$460,000
For a year over year comparison-
Average Sales Price in February 2014 was $287,459-in February 2015 it was $293,725. Sales prices increased 2.18% year over year in February.
Given the volume of sales, there is a 3.96 month supply of SunRiver homes for sale which is down slightly from last year at this time when there was approximately 4.41 months supply of SunRiver homes for sale.
During the month of February 2015, homes in SunRiver sold for 96.6% of their original listed price!
There were 59 homes for sale in February 2015 which is 12 less than the previous year in 2014.
Prices are great, although they look to be rising and inventory of homes for sale in SunRiver is slightly lower so there's a few less homes currently to choose from!
Interest rates are at historic lows which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in SunRiver St George! It looks like the St George Utah 55+ Communities market is bouncing back and prices are starting to rise.
You'd better hurry if you want take advantage of the great opportunities currently available in SunRiver! According to the developer, building costs are on the rise, so now could be the perfect time to buy...
