Great by Gary Woltal , no progress is ever made by those who are afraid to fail a few time along the way to success.

How many failures and successes have you had so far this week?

Failure RateI don't believe as you might learn in those seminars there is ONE formula, or secret formula to success. First off, you need to define what success is or means to you, in business, in your personal life. Second, I believe there are bits and pieces to success. And one idea I heard recently I think we can all incorporate tomorrow.

For success, double your rate of failure.

Failure is all about doing things. Action but it doesn't work.

Don't keep doing what doesn't work, over and over, that is insanity.

Learn from the failure. The lesson. But get back up on that horse and fail some more. TWICE your normal rate in a day, in a week.

Thomas Edison did this religiously in searching out a filament for a lightbulb, ultimately Tungsten, that would not burn up in five minutes.

Network more, explore new ideas, try different things, talk to LOTS of people. Fail, fail, fail and ultimately you will astound yourself with the level of success you achieve.

Hi Bob -- success often means moving one step forward, two steps back.   But without failure, I doubt we would really appreciate the success as much.

Good morning Bob. All of us can identify with this thought process, maybe not to the extent of Edison, but it sure does resonate for me. Good choice for a re-blog.

Good morning Bob. This is a great re-blog as failure often leads to success. I have found that sometimes five greatest successes have come after what I perceive to be my worst failures.

That Thomas Edison quote is one of my favorites. If we don't think of "failures" as failures, we can keep moving ahead.

Bob, Failure is failing to get up when you fall. Falling is not failure but just another step toward the ultimate goal.

Hi Bob, Failure is we saying to ourselves we want to make a difference and we'll keep getting back up no matter how many times we fall. One of the things my failures has thought me is to speak confidently about things I've failed at and more importantly; caution and teach others not to make the same mistakes....
