South Florida buyers looking for a large home on a sizeable lot need look no further than Bay Hill Estate homes in West Palm Beach.
Located West on Northlake beyond the Beeline Highway, the community is known as the estate section of PGA National and is home to one of the five resort golf courses. Membership at the PGA National Country Club and golf courses is optional.
Most homes in Bay Hill Estates are 2500 square feet or larger and all sit on lots of an acre or more providing wonderful yard space for recreation. Many of the homes have pools.
Prices of the homes in early 2015 are reasonable for the size of the property, ranging from below $400,000 for a three bedroom foreclosure to just under $4 million for a four bedroom, four bath, four car garage home with more than 5000 square feet under air.
Home prices in Bay Hill have fluctuated over the years with the average home price in 2014 at $518,371, down from more than $600,000 in 2013. Often the cause of the decrease in value is a large number of distressed properties on the market.
