This is more of a question than a blog.....I was talking with an agent in my office the other day and she said that she had been having luck with her listings by giving a $3000 agent/broker bonus. I was wondering if any of you out there have been offering them or buyer's bonus? I have seen many drawings for travel, gas,cards, gift cards lately. I just want to know if they have been working out you? Or do you feel offering a higher commission has been working better?
