Jim,

I wish more people would do stuff like this.  It would certainly help the clients know a little more about the benefits and responsibilites it comes to homeownership.  If you would like, I've got some information I share with my brokers clients that tell homebuyers a little more about how to improve their credit scores and how they are calculated.  Let me know if you'd like to share this educational and informative material with your clients.
