Leased! Condo in Laguna Niguel community of Expressions

I'm a bit tardy in announcing that my nice one bedroom, one bath, one car garage condo lease listing in the Laguna Niguel community of Expressions has been leased. It leased for the list price of $1,650/month.

The new occupants are very happy to have made this property their new home.

My client is the landlord. I sold the property to him a few years ago and this is the second time leasing it.
