South Riding Mid Week Update 3/21/2015 - 3/25/2015

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 45 homes for sale. 3 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condos and 2 traditional sale detached homes. 7 homes received a contract; 1 traditional condo, 1 short sale town homes, 3 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes.   1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale detached homes.   There are 3 homes coming soon.   I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
