These statistics are for sales of single family homes in Destin through Inlet Beach.

I think we will see a large jump in closings for April. The market has been buzzing for the last month. Every Realtor I speak with has actually been working lately!

I now have over $8,000,000 either closed or set to close in the next 30 days. That's more than I have done in the previous 2 years and it's only April. If that's not a sign of market improvement, I don't know what is. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
