I don't really believe in an angle for an agent to use. I believe in HELPING my clients, that is the only geometry I use. Agents in the past have gotten flack for being fake and only going for the sale. I find that the more honest you are about the real you the more successful you as a real estate agent can become. Use less gimmicks and more "YOU".
