18. This Contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province in which the project is situated, and supercedes all prior communications and agreements. There are no other terms outside of this Contract.
If you require assistance in drafting a Renovation contract, please do not hesitate to give me a call. The Form that we have been looking at is from CMHC and it is the one which applies to Ontario.
