Yesterday and not the song in Farmington, New York 14425 I wrote and had an offer accepted on a property is this community. This now totals four accepted offers a listing that is pending and a listing upcoming 
in a few days.
Could this be my new area of farming; it sure looks that way. With the listing I sent out a pending post card and now have two listing presentations this weekend.
