April Snow Showers Bring May Flowers

By
Real Estate Agent with Edina Realty Crosslake

Hello From The Northland,

The old saying April showers bring May flowers does not seem what it use to be.  As I write this blog we are expecting 8-12 inches of snow overnight.  The good news is that our wonderful area lakes need the water to bring the lake levels back for Summer fun.  On another note when it comes to staging your home we tend to concentrate on the interior of our homes, take time this Spring to spruce up your curb appeal, it might be fresh mulch, flowers, shrubs, trimming back bushes and trees.  When buyers pull into the driveway, most buyers have already made up there mind to purchase the home based on what they see from the curb.  Well gotta run, I need to get some gas for the snowblower.

Hello Sean- The nice thing is it keeps the mosquito's at bay for awhile.  Have a great night.

I have had enough of the April snow showers, we had more last night too.  It is supposed to be much warmer this weekend and we are ready for it.  Time for those folks down in Phoenix to feel the heat so they come up here to see us.

Hello Sandra- We have a few snowbirds coming back from the warmer climates.  We are only 30 days to the Govenor's fishing opener that will be held in our back yard of Breezy Point.  Have a nice night.

Hello Rolland- One thing we do not experience in norhtern Minnesota is the tornado.  How is the Real Estate market?  We are just starting to tip the iceberg.  The snow makes it a bit more challenging for our lake home buyers.
