For full year 2014, there were four closed transactions according to our local multiple listing service(mls) statistics. They range in price from $450,500 to $585,000 with an average sales price of $537,125(median sales price $556,500). They sold at 101.73% of last list price and for $432.92 per square foot on average.
In 2013, there were also four closed sales. They ranged from $415,000 to $535,000 with an average sales price of $487,725(median $500,450). They sold at an 101.92% of last list price and for $382.33 per square foot on average.
