Demand remains high, the housing inventory is very low( especially condos and townhouses). Prices continue to grow, and sold prices are very close to what the properties were listed for.
Price for houses in Lake Balboa significantly increased comparing to last year. For example: In Feb.2014 the median sales price was $393,000, while in Feb.2015 it was $675,000.
There are a couple factors we can notice that may influence the next 6(12) months of local real estate sales. Job and wage growth, interest rates are just few of them. We will unlikely see this year the double digit appreciation, however, a slower appreciation market may continue through the summer of 2015. Winter 2015/16 may bring some slowing of the market.
