Golden Eagle Plantation is the core community in Northeast Tallahassee's Killearn Lakes Plantation, and it is built around a Tom Fazio golf course that serious golfers consider to be among the best in North Florida.

In this report, we will look at prices, values, and sizes of houses in Golden Eagle Plantation, as well as show current listings in the Tallahassee MLS and all closed house sales going back to 2002.
Golden Eagle Plantation House Prices
Average house prices rose 7% in 2014 versus 2013, and have risen another 3% so far in 2015. Prices remain 31% below the peak of the market prices established in 2007 (not counting the one atypically large sale in 2009). The average recorded sales price is $452,500 for Golden Eagle Plantation thus far in 2015.
