Hard skills are certain skill sets and knowledge that you need in order to execute the duties of your role and fulfill your responsibilities. Soft skills are the specific qualities that you possess such as your values and work ethic. These skills determine your ability to fulfill your duties because you need both to be successful.

5. Coachable – Do you take constructive criticism well? Do you seek out and embrace feedback on any areas that you can improve? 
6. Enthusiasm – Are you enthusiastic to do your job at the maximum level on a consistent basis?
7. Resourceful – Are you solution mided when approaching problems? Are you able to seek out within your team to find creative solutions to problems, comfortably? 
8. Client Experience – Is it in your nature to willingly lend a hand and help when needed and take care of clients with a positive attitude?
9. Extraordinary skill sets – Do you have both hard and soft skills necessary to provide outstanding results? Are you motivated to continue to build your skills in your area of expertise?
10. Response to Stress – Under stress, do you respond to stress with an answer or do you keep it inside? Or blame others and lose insight on what to do? You must understand it happens sometimes; take a deep breath & take action to resolve.
