One of my Realtor partners in Warwick has been doing this quite a bit. I think the tour bus is a great idea. Anyway to look different from your competitor in this market is a great thing! Keep up the good work.
We did our first foreclosure bus tour back in February and had a local TV station with us. I should have put the video clip on YouTube! What a great idea! I didn't do that but I did do a YouTube video of my own and I think it has brought in more prospects for the coming tours. I also was interviewed today by Time Magazine because of doing the bus tours. It's kept us very busy since we started doing them...looks like you are busy too! Keep up the great work!
