Yesterday I was absolutely shocked. I've been calling refinance leads for quite a while now, and had a wonderful conversation with someone local about 2 months ago. It wasn't the right timing, but we decided to reconnect at a later point.
I got a call yesterday from this refinance prospect and he was ready to look into refinancing. He has two homes and wants to look at both. He told me he got a lot of calls from other lenders, however he felt that I put his interest and needs first and that I would do the right thing for him and that I could have the opportunity to earn his business.
This was so meaningful, and I don't get to hear that often. I'm looking forward to working with this future client and seeing what I can do for him. He's worked for a large local company for over 30 years and is one of the most humble people I've talked to.
