March Closed Home Sales in your North Shore Village

By

My market reports tell me that prices are up but sales are down.  That seems to indicate a lack of inventory but everyone is commenting on how many "For Sale" signs they're seeing.  Certainly anything priced around $1million goes fairly fast.

Here are the North Shore home sales for March

Hi Margaret

Great information for buyers and sellers in the North Shore Village area.

We are seeing the same trend here, in general, with fewer sales YOY but higher prices. And inventory is creeping up, thankfully.

Jeff
