Yes who but the inimitable RI real estate agent, Ginny Gorman, could find the floating lot on the Atlantic Ocean to list, market and sell it to the highest bidder. Final agreement came in today and yet I am unable to share the top price for this amazing piece of unbuildable land....yet everyone wants it. Is it not baffling that buyers always want what they can not have?!
