March left us like a lion but unfortunately when it comes to home sales it was barely a lamb with March 2015 numbers only up 1 to 25 closed sales compared to the same time period in March 24 with 24 home sales. Hopefully the spring market will bring out the buyers and April will not only bring us spring showers and flowers but higher closed sales!
Currently Active listings are at 82 with the following breakdown:
- Active - 68
- BOM - 1
- New - 4
- Price Change 9
Homes under contract are much better with 110 under contract with the following breakdown:
Under contingency - 92
Pending - 18
With such a large number in contingency status hopefully those contingencies will be fulfilled quickly and April will show a larger increase in home sales compared to 2014.
