WBJ reports that Whole Foods is likely to be the anchor tenant for 945-965 Florida condominium/mixed-use project at U Street and Florida Avenue in North Shaw DC.

Speculation had been that Harris Teeter would be the likely tenant for the on-again, off-again project, so news that Whole Foods would take the space was a surprise to many, despite recent rumors that it was in negotiations with the development team.
