The United Way of Ft. Smith is have a United Way Day of Caring April 17, 2008. The Day of Caring give YOU the opportunity to show your love for your area.

The Day of Caringgives YOU the great chance to get out and get involved. You can work with other volunteers this great day, and work with and for non profit organizations to make our community better. You can get your family involved. You can get your coworkers involved. Everyone is need and your assistance makes a huge difference in our great Ft. Smith Community. Volunteers are still needed.

I believe getting involved with local community projects and events is an excellent way to stay in touch with the needs of those we service.

That's great. The more I get solicited for charitable contributions the more I appreciate United Way. I know United Way is REAL, and my donations will go to help those United Way charities claim to be helping.
