Whooo hoooo! I closed a deal last month from a lead from activerain and am working with an investor next week from here as well.  Not to mention the friends I have made here- it is great!!

Personally I had 'gone dark' for a while on AR but some of my earlier writings have gotten huge readership from outside the Rain and I recently fielded a call that started as follows:

"Hi.  My name is Joe xxxx.  I saw your blog and I want you to list my house."   :-)

I'm pleased to report that we have multiple offers on his home and I hope to be done with short-sale approval in a few weeks.  It fascinates me that writings from almost six months ago are resulting in current clients!

It's good to hear the encouraging words.  Having just joined AR I am looking forward to seeing the long term impact.
