Not just a lead, I'm talking about a closed deal! Thanks activerain!!!

It's no longer a question in my mind. Like minded people do the same-thing. I joined Active-Rain for the same reason most people do. I promote myself and network with like minded people. We I have posted blogs about the leads. Well now I'm bloging about my first closing from networking on Active-Rain. March 10, 2008 I put a family in a home, because someone saw my blog on Active-Rain. I have several loans in my pipeline and have my loans in the pipeline of others who are on the Active-Rain Network. Thanks

Good for you Ronell!!

Personally I had 'gone dark' for a while on AR but some of my earlier writings have gotten huge readership from outside the Rain and I recently fielded a call that started as follows:

"Hi. My name is Joe xxxx. I saw your blog and I want you to list my house." :-)

I'm pleased to report that we have multiple offers on his home and I hope to be done with short-sale approval in a few weeks. It fascinates me that writings from almost six months ago are resulting in current clients!

It's good to hear the encouraging words. Having just joined AR I am looking forward to seeing the long term impact.
