There are many advantages to owning a condo in Key West. As if the location and recreational activities weren't enough, condo owners have the ability to earn extra income by renting during peak seasons during the year. During winter and early spring, there is high demand for Florida Keys rentals since everyone up north wants to get out of the cold.
