In Search of Activerain members that can help VB get licensed in Alaska

Vegas Bob is interested in getting licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of Alaska.

Vegas Bob wants to become licensed in 2 states and sell both real estate in Nevada and Alaska.

And Vegas Bob wants his friends and associates from the Activerain network to help direct him.

If Vegas Bob wanted to do it by himself he could, but VB likes asking for help.

Sometimes we learn more by asking for help then by doing things ourselves ;o)

So are there any AR members that can put VB on the right path?

There should be an Alaskan Broker you could reach out to for help.

I think "Dual Agent" does not refer to being licensed in 2 or more States. It has to do with represent both seller and buyer in the same transaction.

Hello Noah ... thanks for stopping and I have posted about getting licensed in Alaska several times in the past. I am quite sure I only need to take the state test and then apply.

VB wants a licensed AK broker or agent to hold his hand through the steps and maybe invite VB to work for the same company ;o)
