What's your favorite feature in a house?

What a great idea for a video. I am starting a new way to showcase my listings by talking about my favorite features first then the whole house. I think I am going to like it.

What interesting responses!  I love surrounding woods and a wonderfully open and useful kitchen.  And lots of sunlight coming into the house.

Cindy, I was surprised by my clients when walking through their brand new home, that she had purchased a chandelier for their master bath.   Guess they are very popular right now. 

Cindy, I like the family room as a place to gather and just relax.  Of course  there's that special place I call office

This is a great idea for a series of videos. Chef Dolores would probably say that the kitchen is the most important feature in a house.

What a fantastic idea for a video! Some very interesting responses..many of my buyers say it's all about the kitchen and opening to the family room. They don't want to be isolated cooking..the whole family pitches in now with everyone's hectic life style!
