Asian Festival at the Redlands' Fruit and Spice Park

 A favorite local park, the Fruit and Spice Park, is hosting it's annual Asian Culture Festival on March 3rd & 4th, 2007, from 10AM to 6PM each day. 

There will be orchid displays, visual arts, handicrafts, scrumptious Asian cuisine, martial arts exhibitions, folk & classical music & dance, traditional fashion shows, bonsais and more.

Among the countries being represented will be Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri-Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.

 Admission will be $6 (children under 12 free) and parking is free.

Fruit and Spice Park is located in the Redlands at the corner of SW 248th Street and SW 187th Avenue.

The Fruit and Spice Park is visited by thousands annually.  Visitors come from far and wide and also from cities close-by.  It's a different world out here.  Come out for a leisurely afternoon!
