I have started to use this feature on my listings, and have to say that I am getting great response from Sellers and Buyers alike. The sellers like it because they feel it gives them an edge over their competition, and buyers love it because it enables them to be in total control of what they view and how. It is completely interactive and in 3D, which makes viewing the home on the internet during the intial stages of home buying a real treat! Works on both desktop and tablet.
