YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB?

This is what a seller, who wanted way top dollar for his property told me when I brought up discussion in regards to what the market will say regardless of what we both think. What let up to the comment was  this: If we don't get top dollar, then you are not doing your job. LOL! You may wonder what an experienced agent would say to that...Wonder no more and read on.....

THE PROBLEM LIES ELSEWHERE

If something doesn't pan out and I am part of the team, then I know for a fact that the problem lies elsewhere. Now my team mates may not know this, but they will soon enough. HOW? Because when it is my turn to speak or perform, I unleash THREE DECADES plus of experience into the mix. Yes..I do!

RELAX WILL YOU?

That doesn't mean to say that I know it all. NO. Big NO. But it says this quite clearly. I am not on a learning curve for the basics i.e. Real Estate 101. Been there and done that oh so many times. Yes, there is always something new to learn and grasp, but I am no longer caught off-guard or shocked

IF I AGREE...

I am too seasoned for that. As to trying something new and different, if I agree to it, then a better support person does not exist. I am not a my way or the highway type guy but instead lets get this done and do what it takes. Commitment gets things done. Tenacity makes sure it gets done. I get it!

IF I LEAD...

If I am on point, I take the point responsibilities on my shoulders. If I am in a support position, I give eyes and ears to the team via feedback and input and seek direction and course correction as instructed. Having the ability to either lead or support has come in handy over the years..

BLAME IS FOR KIDS

But here is the thing. Blame has no footing in my business planning. In fact, it is a man-made paradox that doesn't hold when tested. If one plans out and then carries out that plan, then what follows is the natural course of trial and error...also known as learning as we go

CONFIDENCE HAS VALUE

Responsible and seasoned people don't start out out as amateurs and can side-step the typical pitfalls that await anyone when launching a new endeavor or activating a business plan. That's why every start-up company has a TEAM...seasoned and savvy to help the boat leave the shore-line

NO BIG DEAL

Problems to me are only learning steps of which I have learned to use to better my self or my circumstances and when I travel down the familiar roads, the problems have to be extra-ordinary because after you have done something successfully over and over, it gets all to predictable

FALL DOWN...GET UP...repeat as necessary

There is something about seeing someone who has been knocked down or around, just get up, dust themselves off and continue on with whatever they were doing. We are actually designed to do just that but some do it better than others. After a few hundred of these, one develops a immunity or tolerance

PERSEVERANCE

Where does the problem lie when something doesn't go quite right? If we all hunt it down, glean from it and then take the object lesson and re-apply, then we are now closer to our end game. Repeat this as many times as it takes to cross the scoring line. We must aim, reach and then rest at the finish-line

If it was easy, we wouldn't need anyone now would we? However, all things are doable if we ALL say so

The only time I don't get top dollar for a home I sell is when a seller is too impatient to sell, and too willing to let others tell them to over price.  As you know the home that is correctly priced and in top show condition will always get top dollar anything less is just that.
