The Executive Admin relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. The Executive Admin is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability. Basic requirements include:
- Superior phone skills
- Organized and systematic
- Full Time 40-50 work week
- Ability to time block for daily tasks
- Work well under pressure and facilitate tight deadlines
- Learning based
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Open to obtaining real estate license
- Computer experience
